Real Estate and Fried Chicken

UPDATE!  670 IMPERIAL IS SOLD!  🙂

I just took 2 great listings in Sugarloaf.

The Cabin at (670 Imperial, Sugarloaf, CA 92386) is a 2 bedroom on a 50 x 100 lot for $107,500 and the other cabin right next door at (676 Imperial, Sugarloaf, CA 92386) is a 2 bedroom on a 75 x 100 lot for $89,900. If you would like more info just give me a jingle on my cell. 909-556-0901 direct.
The Seller would like for them to be SOLD together however, he won’t cry if you decide you don’t want to splurge, I mean it’s your loss if you don’t want your own Sugarloaf Estate. Really, let’s stop to think about it…you could get 2 homes on 2 separate lots that measure a lot total of 12,500 square feet for less than 200k!!! Wowza!! Not only that, but they have the perfect charm you’ve always imagined when you daydream about your life at your cabin in Big Bear, outside of your cubicle at INITECH. (Jk), I’m sure you’re the CEO of your company. Make sure you call me STAT about these 2 listings because I’m not sure they will be available for very long after I hit the “enter” button on the MLS website which is happening in the next…oh dang, it’s a done deal! Tick tock, tick tock.
Now…about that Fried Chicken.
If you don’t know this, you should…
THE best fried chicken in Big Bear can be found exclusively in Sugarloaf. That’s right, you heard me correctly, Sugarloaf. Stop by Easy’s General Store and pop in at around 11:30 a.m. just before the lunch/fried chicken rush and pick up a box of 3 “delectable” pieces of chicken and 3 tasty taters for just under $5 (I only partake a couple of times a year so don’t judge me, and I realize there are only 2 chicken pieces shown in the pic, shhhhh….I’m pretty sure the Highway Patrol guys are looking for “cell phone” violators not “fried chicken” Noshers). If you know me, you’ll understand why I often converse about food. I was voted “Most Likely to be found Eating” at Bonita Vista High School. Surprising, I know, but you’ll thank me later and maybe, just maybe because I’ve “stunned” you with my “foodie” skills, you just might decide to call me for any of your real estate needs or send me a friend referral. Either will suffice. I aim to please.

Oh…Before I forget…here’s the fried chicken.
